Available in up to 32 heads, our mix weighers are configured to weigh and sort up to 8 applications in one machine, enabling speeds of up to 440 packs a minute and giving you the same accuracy and efficiency as our single-mix RV multihead weighers.

Outlets can be set to handle specific target weights for a tighter control on pack mixes, with specific hopper angles, contact surfaces and shapes all configurable, dependent on product.

Piece weights for mixes can go down to single pieces if necessary, and product components are only mixed for packing after weighing, which minimises product damage and helps maintain accuracy.

Weighing multiple products on one machine means you can save on operation costs and space in your production line. Because the mix weigher ensures correct and consistent ratios, you can also reduce losses through improved distribution of more expensive components.
